New Zealand orders

Aus BAC Supply is operated by Aus Bac Supply Pty Ltd, ACN 700 778 614, an Australian business dispatching from Melbourne.

Prices and payment

The New Zealand store displays product prices, postage and checkout totals in NZD. Card payments are charged in NZD. The total shown before you pay is the amount we charge. Product prices are converted from our Australian catalogue and rounded to the nearest cent; the confirmed price applies to your order.

Standard postage is NZ$18.99 per parcel, with estimated delivery in 4–7 business days after dispatch. Express postage is NZ$39.99 per parcel, with estimated delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch. Australian free-shipping offers do not apply.

Product information

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Products are supplied sealed and sold as labelled. Follow the supplied label, product information and qualified healthcare-professional direction for use. Our own-label bacteriostatic water is labelled not for injection, infusion or human or veterinary administration.

Importing into New Zealand

Orders are imports into New Zealand and may be inspected or held by the New Zealand Customs Service or Medsafe. You are the importer and are responsible for checking that you may import what you order, for your own use. Our New Zealand shipping and returns policy sets out what happens if a parcel is held.

Delivery and returns

Read our New Zealand shipping and returns policy before ordering. It sets out delivery estimates, tracking, customs, returns and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.

General terms

Our general terms of service and privacy policy also apply. For New Zealand orders, the NZD pricing, payment and shipping provisions on this page take precedence over Australian-store pricing and shipping provisions.
