1. About Aus BAC Supply

Aus BAC Supply is an online storefront operated by Aus Bac Supply Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary company (ACN 700 778 614). References to "Aus BAC Supply", "we", "us", or "our" refer to that legal operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We supply unopened manufacturer presentations without decanting, repacking or relabelling. These products are diluents or solvents, not ready-to-administer medicines. Never inject them by themselves or self-administer; compatibility, preparation and use must follow the supplied manufacturer information under qualified healthcare-professional direction.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is not charged or included in the displayed prices. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time of your order confirmation applies to that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Aus BAC Supply is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to you. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund, in line with our returns policy.

6. Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have. Details of how we handle faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
