The vials are bacteriostatic water — sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol in a multiple-dose vial. Their label states that they are not for injection or infusion, not for human or veterinary administration, and not to be ingested.
The syringes are 0.5 mL U-100, marked in 0.01 mL graduations, with a 31G / 0.25 mm × 6 mm needle. Sterile, gamma irradiated, latex-free and single-use, each sealed in its own pack and ISO 8537 compliant. They are supplied for research and laboratory use only, and are not supplied for human or veterinary administration.
The swabs are Bodichek 2-ply non-woven swabs, 3 cm by 6 cm, saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol and individually wrapped in easy-tear sachets. Single-use, and supplied for research and laboratory use only.
