About Injection Supplies

Insulin syringes in 20-packs, 70% isopropyl alcohol swabs in 20-packs, and a 250 mL sharps container. Each is sterile or single-use as its own specification states, and each is sold in the quantity people actually order rather than a bulk carton. Prices and current stock are on the cards above.

These are stocked because they are bought together. A vial on its own is rarely the whole order, and sourcing the consumables separately means two deliveries, two dispatch windows and two lots of postage. Orders placed before the 12:00 pm Melbourne cutoff on a business day are dispatched the same business day, tracked Australia-wide, with free standard shipping over $150.

The bundles pair these consumables with a diluent vial at a lower combined price than buying each separately. Every bundle lists its exact contents and the saving, and each item inside one is the same product sold on its own page here.

Each product carries its own specification and its own handling notes — gauge, length, graduation, alcohol concentration, capacity. What any of them is used for, and how, is a matter for the person using them and their qualified healthcare professional. We supply the items and their specifications, not directions for their use. You must be 18 or over to purchase.

Common questions

What size are the insulin syringes?

0.5 mL with 0.01 mL graduations, and a 31G / 0.25 mm × 6 mm needle, supplied 20 to a pack. They are the fixed-needle type — the needle is bonded to the barrel rather than sold separately — which is what most people mean when they search for insulin needles.

What alcohol concentration are the swabs?

70% isopropyl alcohol on a 2-ply non-woven swab, 3 cm × 6 cm, each individually wrapped in an easy-tear sachet and supplied in 20s. 70% is the standard concentration rather than a higher one: the remaining water content slows evaporation enough for the alcohol to act on the surface instead of flashing off it.

How big is the sharps container?

250 mL, the small size intended for personal use rather than a clinical wall-mounted unit — the size that suits a domestic setting or travel.

Can I buy these separately from the vials?

Yes. Every consumable here is sold on its own page in its own pack size. The bundles exist because most orders include both, not because the items are only sold together.

How fast is dispatch?

Orders placed before 12:00 pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same business day, tracked Australia-wide. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150, where express drops to $5. Delivery estimates are a guide and are not guaranteed.
