Please read this policy before placing your order. By purchasing from Aus BAC Supply you agree to the shipping and returns terms set out below. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Shipping

Dispatch & processing

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. We dispatch from our Melbourne facility and email you tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. As a guide, Express typically arrives within 1–3 business days and Standard within 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Aus BAC Supply is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other events outside our control.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. You can track your order any time at /track using your order reference (it starts with ABS- and is on your confirmation email).

Returns & Refunds

1. No change-of-mind returns

Aus BAC Supply does not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Due to the storage requirements of our products and our inability to verify the condition of returned goods, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched.

2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Refunds apply where products are faulty, damaged in transit, materially misdescribed, or unfit for their stated purpose.

3. How to lodge a claim

If there is an issue with your order, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant. We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
